Close the velcro wrap and close the pouch before washing.
Do not bleach.
Avoid using fabric softeners.

Drying Instructions

While bamboo fabric is easy to wrinkle: Tumble dry on low heat or use the Air Rack mode on your dryer for a quick wrinkle release.
Use a cool iron if needed.

and then wash using cold water on a gentle cycle.

To maintain the quality of your sleep sack, use Seventh Generation Free and Clear Laundry detergent. This detergent is mild, biodegradable, and free from dyes, fragrances, and harsh additives, making it suitable for sensitive fabrics and skin.

Our son is a very active sleeper. He moves around so much during sleep, he keeps getting out of his swaddles. We tried the regular sleep sacks, the wraps, the traditional blankets, but he keeps coming out. We can see his little hands coming out of the sleep sack neck on the baby monitor and that used to give me so much anxiety. Others have been too tight or too loose, we almost gave up until a mother in our parenting group recommended the Theta Pouch. This has an inside wrap to adjust how snug you wrap the baby according to baby's preferences and then we close the pouch with a zipper so there is absolutely no way to worry about baby coming out of it when we are sleeping.
